Delivery And Returns

Standard Tracked and Signed: Estimated to arrive between 3-5 working days.

 

UK Special Delivery: Due to the large volume of orders we no longer offer this service. 

International Standard Tracked and Signed: Estimated to arrive between 10-12 UK working days (12-16 Days for Asia, Oceania, Africa and the Americas). 

International Express Delivery: Estimated to arrive between 5-8 UK working days in most cases earlier.  

Shipping to Australia: Due to the long to constant delays, items being lost in transit or returned to us we can only send items to Australia using the DHL Express Service. 

We have a 14 day return policy in place beginning from the date the item was delivered on the tracking. We ensure we accurately describe all our products and ensure they are priced accordingly, However If you are unhappy with your order or you believe we may have missed something, please do kindly email us and return the order in its original condition received. 

It is the responsibility of the customer to pay for the return postage back to us, even if we made a mistake on the order, and a full refund will be issued upon receiving the item back in its original condition, this includes international orders too. We do not offer any partial refunds, all customers are to return the item within 14 days to receive a full refund.
